1. What’s the story?
The story takes place in Bangladesh and there lives this boy Ovi (Rudhraksh Jaiswal), whose father is a drug-lord, so clearly it’s not safe for him to wander around the city without any bodyguards –no smart person would do that. But…this kid does it regardless and immediately gets kidnapped by another drug-lord’s henchmen. Since Ovi’s father is in jail he can’t deal with that annoying problem himself, so he orders his first man Saju (Randeep Hooda) to kidnap Ovi back by any means necessary, because paying money to free his son is not good for his power-image. Saju goes to hire some not strictly legal mercenaries to do the dirty job, with intentions to double cross them, because jail-daddy actually has no money.
Tyler Rake (Chris Hemsworth) is a suicidal muscle-mountain rarely sober, often bleeding mercenary. Since he really wants to die, he accepts the job to rescue Ovi, and goes in with his team. And when I say “with his team” then I mean: he goes alone and starts just killing people, and his team watches…from far away — one has a sniper. Anyways everything goes south and what follows is a “survival mode” getting out of the hostile city plot.
