1. What’s the story?

One day a mysterious guy gives a bunch of drug dealers a new kind of drug to distribute. This is no ordinary narcotic substance, it gives a person some random superpower for 5 minutes, and there’s also a small chance to explode and die, when you take these, but that’s not important. We all know and have seen in our world — power is very addicting, so the minor exploding hick-up doesn’t change anything.

We have three main characters: a generic renegade cop Frank (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), a generic I-need-to-save-my-daughter-ex-military-man Art (Jamie Foxx) and a teenage drug dealer Robin (Dominique Fishback), whose paths cross because of the drug, and a generic unlikely-team-up is born to find out, who is the main villain, and to take him/her out.
