1. What’s the story?
A self made American immigrant in the UK tries to sell his illegal weed biz, but British crime scene is full of colorful characters who try to take advantage of the deal. Thus, things escalate, bullets start flyin’ and stereotypes blastin’. There’s also something about McConaughey being (and not acting like) the king of the jungle, but that shit falls a little short.

2. What’s special about the film?
Remember the good old times when Guy Ritchie was the funny, energetic and creative “Tarantino light” of the UK? The Gentlemen is Ritchie returning to his roots, which means quirky crime dudes, pompous but well-written dialogues and over the top storytelling.
